Requirements : 

 BE/MSC IT degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject 
 Proven software development experience in PHP 
 Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming 
 Understanding of MVC design patterns 
 Understanding of open source projects like Joomla, WordPress, Code Igniter, etc 
 Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc 
 Able to work on custom WordPress Framework and plugin development 
 Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services 
 Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Payment Gateways etc) 
 Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system 
 Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes 
 Familiarity with SQL/MYSQL databases and their declarative query languages 
 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 
 Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas 
 Good communication skills both written and oral

Position - BDM (Sales) 
Job Description - A BDM reports to the Branch Manager and is responsible for increasing the branch’s client base and revenues. They may work with a sales team to generate leads for new business and customers through continual sales promotions. Branch sales managers are also responsible for making sure the sales team adheres to the company mission and meets sales quotas/target. 

Location : Ahmedabad 

Job Details: 
Working Hours : 10AM to 7PM 
Salary : Excellent 
Probation Period : 3-6 months

Essential Skills: 
• Education: Bachelors/ Masters( Any Stream) 
• Experience : 1 – 15 years 
• Self - Motivated, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Capable of working under pressure and achievement oriented. 

Job Responsibilities: 
• To organize sales visit and demonstrate products. 
• To Appoint new sub franchisees and handle existing sub franchisees. 
• To monitor the retail business in assigned areas. 
• Maintaining relationship with franchisees and management. 
• Develop business in the franchisees areas. 
• To provide coaching to staff to fulfill business plan goals. 
• Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity. 
• To attend trade exhibitions, conference and meetings. 
• Review Sales performance and negotiate contracts.
