I am farmer from Gujarat village , I found that you are like to make
digital India and it is save money and time both ,but already the online job
application system is little smart projects , like OJAS-Government Job is very
third class project , For each and every
new vacancy job seeker need to register and fill up form number of times and
upload photo sign if 5 vacancy their job seeker need to fill form 5 times on
same website this is loss of time ,electricity and money in one year 100 of vacancy posted so every
time job seeker need to fill up the form . This problem is for all job
recruitment website not only OJAS, This
problem is for Staff Selection UPSC,GPSC,IBPS all procedure is not smart .
What changes need to
do are following please read and think about this
JOB SEEKER MODULE
Job application project need setup in following module
1) Job seeker profile
2) Their skill education data
3) Job seeker have payment wallet
for pay fees like paytm
4) Each job seeker have one ID
that linked with Adhar Card for cross verification
5) Digital Locker for document
upload for verification
6) Listing of all job that
eligible in particular post they should
apply from that list by single click for
all post. no need to fill entire form again and again for different post
7) History of applied job
ADMIN MODULE
1)Admin get all report for job seeker
2)Account module each job recruiter like IBPS , UPSC, GPSC
etc ,each recruiter will get application report and manage center for
examination .
3)Sms for one time verification and send job notification
Benifit of this system
1) Decrees server load because
job seeker not fill entire form every time (apply by single click) profile is
one time creation and job seeker will keep updated

say this is digital India

This calculation for one person will fill up form time Is 15
minutes if they take more time it cost will high
0.24 Rupees * 1800000 Person
= 36000.00 Rupees lost
recently in polish department 17000 post you can imagine how
many years time will loss for all job seeker.
If we follow above
system then we will save 42 years time , around 36000 Rupees electricity also
some paper work for each vacancy you if we calculate for past 10 year how much
lost we face in Indian history
